Left 4 dead 2 mods keep re-downloading

But i don't have many of them so it is fine for me to leave them on since they download in like 30 secs. I've got the same problem with garry's mod Been happening to me since yesterday. I have crappy DSL connection an effin nightmare. Started again today. As Those Dirty Blues said you can manually install workshop files if they are automatically downloading every day. Then unscribe in workshop your subscriptions. Well I trued m-w-o-b's advice but my game crashes before it gets to the main menu Delete Addon folder and then get all the addons from gamemaps website and manually put it in the path described by m-w-o-b.

Avoid using Workshop for those addons. For the Addons not available elsewhere, Subscribe and it will be downloaded in workshop folder, copy paste them to the addon folder Only VPK, no need to copy paste images and then you can unsubscribe. In short what m-w-o-b said. Originally posted by JamZ :.

So i deleted the addon and they still do it. And i forgot to mention it wasn't ALL of the mods it was some. Like once the other mods i had were done downloading ALL the other ones come back.
